Stefan Beiner is a partner at c-alm AG, an independent consultancy advising pension funds, insurance companies and other asset owners. He is a member of the SIX Regulatory Board, a lecturer in finance at the University of St. Gallen, President of the Swiss Society for Financial Market Research and Member of the Board of Directors of the Swiss Investment Fund for Emerging Markets (SIFEM). Previously, Stefan served as Chief Investment Officer and Deputy CEO of PUBLICA, one of Switzerland’s largest pension funds. He holds a degree from the University of Bern and a PhD in financial market theory from the University of St. Gallen.
