Aline is Chief Development Officer at Fondation Botnar. Since 2017, she has led various health research programmes, including Being, the largest collaborative mental health initiative launched by Fondation Botnar and its partners, aimed at improving young people’s mental wellbeing. She also oversees the foundation’s community of practice platform, which fosters learning among its partners. Aline is passionate about promoting a relational approach to wellbeing and building long-term partnerships to drive lasting change.
She began her career in the international private sector, working in technical marketing and global project management. During this time, she developed a unique product line, based on a human-centred approach, bringing innovative technologies and services from research and development to market sustainability. Later, she worked for a Contract Research Organisation as a Business Development Director and a Consultant, where she led the development of strategic partnerships across academia and industry, promoting the use of scientific techniques to advance industry. She also supported clients on their organisational development journeys. Aline holds a PhD in Physics and is a certified ICI (Institut de Coaching International) coach.
