Ross is the Education Portfolio Lead at Fondation Botnar. He is responsible for modelling learning ecosystems that ensure all young people learn to thrive together by becoming equipped and inclined to care for themselves, each other and the planet. This builds on his pioneering work in Ghana and Colombia with the Jacobs Foundation, where he led their Learning Societies portfolio, as well as 20 years of experience in systems change approaches with Ashoka, The Weaving Lab and other international organisations.
