Yvonne is the Policy Advocacy Manager at Fondation Botnar. She has over a decade of experience working with governments and multilateral organizations to develop equitable and rights-based public policy and advocacy strategies in global health. She was previously at the World Health Organization, where she worked on advancing grassroots innovation and the meaningful engagement of people living with noncommunicable diseases and mental health conditions. She holds a Master’s degree in International Development from K U Leuven, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the National University of Singapore. At Fondation Botnar, Yvonne supports the development and delivery of the foundation’s policy strategy around young people’s rights and wellbeing.
